We believe that each child has a God-given design and destiny even from before birth. FaithTREK's mission is to help you and your child discover and celebrate that design, and to help him or her embark on a meaningful life-long relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
In FaithTREK, our goal that the truths of God's Word be delivered to kids in ways that are relevant and enjoyable to them. It is also our goal for every child to be contributing, growing, valued members of a multi-generational community of people who are pursuing life and freedom in Christ. We believe no child is too young to be transformed by the love, truth, power, and family of God!
Nursery through Pre-K
Come to our nursery through five-year old classrooms (upstairs on the second floor) and you'll find bright, fun, colorful spaces fairly bursting with joy, laughter, and the love of Jesus. Children are placed in classes, generally speaking, by age-but you determine when it's time to move your child up to the next class. Since we believe firmly that each child has his or her own unique, God-given design, we treat them that way! When it's time to move up to the next age group, you simply fill out a "ready to move" card, and we'll help make a smooth and happy transition for your child.
Children can be checked-in to their classes as early as 8:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Nursery through three-year olds are upstairs on the second floor. The fours and fives' classroom is located downstairs off the social hall, adjacent to the kitchen.

Mansion Kids (Kindergarten through 5th Grade)
All God's children are "mansion kids"-Jesus told us so: "In my Father's house are many mansions. I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am, you may be also" (John 14:2-3, KJV, condensed). And at Destiny City Church, our kindergarten through fifth graders really are MANSION KIDS-right now!
Our elementary kids start Sunday mornings with rockin' worship in the main building (generally downstairs in the social hall, where they are checked in-but sometimes with their families in the sanctuary). After that, they go with their "shepherds" (K-1, 2nd & 3rd grade, and 4th& 5th grade) to the stately house next door. With its grand staircase and rooms-with-a-view, the Mansion really feels like a special place. But that's just the physical environment. Even more important is the spiritual environment-set by children's ministers who are passionate about kids and who are committed to seeing children transformed by the love and ministry of Jesus.

Post-service Childcare (all ages)
Many parents are on the giving and receiving end of prayer ministry following our morning services. If you are praying for someone-or receiving prayer yourself-your child will be taken to the post-service childcare room at 10:45 (the 4's and 5's room, downstairs in the social hall, adjacent to the kitchen). There we feed the children a light, nutritious snack and let them play, color, do a craft, or enjoy a Christian kids' video or storybook. Post-service childcare ends promptly at 11:30 a.m.
Post-service Childcare Coordinator:
On Sunday evenings while parents are participating in a variety of adult elective classes, children are lovingly cared for by a rotation of children's ministers. Our Sunday evening children's ministry runs concurrently with the adult classes in six and ten-week blocks. The children are fed a nutritious dinner, followed by games, crafts, teaching, prayer, music and other activities.
On Sunday evenings, nursery-aged children through five-year olds meet in the nursery/preschool classes upstairs in the main building. Elementary ages meet in the Mansion.
